Due to the digital and/or service-based nature of our masterclasses, once your purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or money-back returns.

Masterclass Credit

However, we understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend the masterclass you purchased, a credit may be applied toward one of our upcoming masterclasses.

This credit may only be used for future masterclass registration and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied toward unrelated products or services unless approved by One Faith Publishing.

Missed Classes

If you miss a scheduled masterclass, you may contact us to request that your payment be credited toward a future available masterclass. Credit approval is at the discretion of One Faith Publishing.

Final Sale Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued. Any eligible credit will be applied only toward future masterclasses.
